• Set up and accommodation registration evening of march 3rd.

• Camp sessions start Wednesday 4th at 6am

What to expect from training camp

• Training and seminar sessions across swim (swim tools, swim program), bike (bike position, bike program) and run (run technique, run program). Most importantly to be successful considering triathlon as ONE sport.

• Camp is tailored individually.

• Talks on recovery, self maintenance and the importance of nutrition.

• EXCLUSIVE for AZK athlete only.

• Wednesday 3 sessions, Thursday 3 sessions, Friday 2 sessions, Saturday 2 sessions, Sunday 1 session.

• Structure of sessions will be explained in details the night before each day.

• Accommodation (up to 16 athletes, first come first served)

• Base camp fee [access to base camp, cleaning after indoor rides and eating]

• Snacks and coffee while there

• Full coaching camp fee

What’s not included for both plans

Pool Hire

• Pool fee will be paid individually on entry.

Car Park

• Car park for athletes staying at base need to park at their best convenient location.

• I will provide recommendations.

Safety Car Drivers

• Bike safety car drivers fee will be paid on the day depending how many athletes and drives we need.
